Can I integrate my CRM system with EmPulse?
    EmPulse supports integration with the SalesLogix CRM platform. We are currently investigating the feasibility of supporting an intregration with SalesForce.com.
Are there any extra charges for the integration?
    EmPulse does not charge additional fees for integration to the SalesLogix system, but does have different pricing for SalesLogix users. Note that there may be fees from SalesLogix that enable you to take advantage of the integration from within the SalesLogix interface.
What are my options if I need more features and functionality than available in the basic EmPulse solution?
    You have 2 options. First, EmPulse can add a limited number of features to your solution, but they require you to contact our sales office (support@emailpulse.net) to discuss pricing and support. Your other option is to switch to EmPulse's Corporate solution, which provides you with a dedicated account manager, higher levels of service, as well as more features and greater product functionality.
Is there an API that lets me extend an in-house or 3rd party solution?
    Yes, our on-demand integration platform allows you to tailor relevant solutions and service add-ons to meet unique business requirements. The only technical requirement is that you have access to resources that can program to a SOAP web service.
