FAQ :: Deliverability
How can I be sure my content won't be seen as SPAM?
EmPulse uses the same tool that network adminstrators use when determining how "SPAMMY" as message is. This ensures that
our clients' permission-based emails avoid being erroneously labeled as spam due to content filtering.
How does EmPulse's SPAM Rater work?
EmPulse rates every email campaign using the SpamAssassin spam rating utility. This ultility is the most widely used
anti-spam tool in the market. Spam Assassin is used by Network Adminstrators to rank email messages with a score that
is intended to signify how "spam like" the message is. Using this tool gives you an advantage over those that do not use
the tool. It ensures that your messages will be more likely to reach their intended destination.

Yes and Yes. EmPulse supports the Bonder Sender Program by providing the customer with an IP addresses dedicate to their traffic.

What about Domain Monitoring?
To ensure we don't trigger any volume filters, EmPulse employs domain-level monitoring via a sophiticated software solution that
manages the number of connections opened for each ISP domain at any one time. This ensures emails are delivered at a maximum rate
without triggering volume filters at large ISP's such as AOL or Yahoo.
Does EmPulse have an Abuse Desk Management team?
Our in-house abuse desk is managed by a team of email delivery experts. They work on behalf of ALL of our clients to respond to
spam complaints. If required, we diligently follow up with our clients to ensure appropriate permission-based policies and
procedures are in place. This ensures that companies following standard opt-in and privacy guidelines can continue to experience
optimal delivery rates.
