Can I upload graphics to EmPulse? Is there a charge?
There is no charge for uploading images to EmPulse. Unlike other services, we offer it as part of the base service.
Can I upload PDF documents if I need to let customers download a catalog,?
Yes, EmPulse allows you to upload both images and PDF documents into the system. The PDF feature is particularly handy,
especially if you want to provide customers with a catalog or a sales/marketing presentation of your solutions and or products
What size should the graphics be?
File size becomes a limiting issue for PDF documents. As a courtesy to your recipients, please note that large PDF files
tend to crash browsers and take uncessarily long times to download. This is the case when a recipient's connection to the
Interent may be slow. For this reason we ask that you keep all uploaded files under 1MB.
Are there any limits on the number of images?
There is no limit on the number of images or PDF documents that you can post on EmPulse servers. However, the most bandwidth
intensive you may encounter are those that are PDF documents. Should your account present issues due to extremely large
downloads or the use of bandwidth, EmPulse will contact you about remedying the solution as outlined in your user agreement.
