Can I use survey to capture sign-up data?
Yes. You can build a survey and use it to ask the customer to provide you with demographic data. Then you
can export the "answers" and map those responses to the EmPulse database elements.
How can I add my logo into a Survey?
With EmPulse, you have the ability to control the look and feel of the web page that houses the actual
survey. All you woul dneed to do is copy and past the HTML header and footer from your web site into
the survye builder form.
How much customization can I perform in a survey?
A LOT! - in addition to the Logo, the Header and the Footer, you can customize the buttons that let your
survey recipients navigate the questions. You can even include HTML in the block where you would type
the question text. That way, you can present graphics between questions or even present images of products
that you may be surveying customers about.
Can I put the survey on my site?
Currently, EmPulse survey works only with email because each survey is specifically associated with one
and only one email address.
Is there a limit on the number of surveys I can have?
No. EmPulse allows you to have an unlimted number of active surveys.
