In addition to our easy-to-use templates and our advanced HTML option (Freeform), you can now add a custom, branded email template to your account for use on any future email marketing campaigns. Our technical and creative staff will work with you to create a template that has the same characteristics as the "look and feel" of your website - all for as little as $499. Creative Design Although we have templates for every occasion we know that your business does not always fit in to our designs. We also know you may not have access to a designer to get that perfect look and brand you desire. That’s why we offer Creative Design Services. You’ll meet with a member of our design staff, fill out a creative brief, then send us on our way to create a comp of what you want. You’ll have 2 rounds of revisions, then we’ll hand over the design to you in either HTML or JPG format depending on what you’ll be using it for. Creative Design services start at $75/hour. Training & Education As a benefit from being an EmPulse customer, you already know that self-help training and support are included when you purchase. However, if your business is in need of additional higher-level training in person or via online demos and general education in direct marketing, email marketing, direct mail, ISP management, or a variety of other topics, our management team can be available to you and your team.
