EmPulse believes that technology is critical to providing a reliable, trustworthy service- but not for the sake of technology by itself. So while we take great pride in "what’s under the hood” - we know that at the end of the day, it’s our service and our features that will make our customers happy.

Hardware

The EmPulse system resides on a series of highly-redundant servers that are housed behind a bank of load balancers and firewalls. All information is backed up nightly and stored offsite to protect the customer's data.

Mail Servers

The EmPulse email servers are designed to handle up to a million messages, or more, per hour. The configuration offers the flexibility to segment Corporate Solution customers onto their own IP address (call for pricing) thereby protecting each one's brand and reputation. Outbound and Inbound email processing are separated onto different servers to improve performance and optimize the send rate of outbound email campaigns.

Database

EmPulse employs multiple database servers to allow redundant access to customer data thereby enabling continued operations without incident. In fact, each customer has their own database, ensuring maximum data security and privacy.

Network Monitoring

EmPulse monitors its network from both internal and external locations giving the company the ability to detect and correct problems in a timely manner. EmPulse monitors all servers, applications, and network traffic on a 24/7 basis to protect its customers from prolonged outages. EmPulse has network support staff available 24/7, enabling immediate corrective action once an alarm is detected.
